Applicants must meet age requirements: Students must apply to grades based on their chronological age. 

Birthday Policy for the 2025-26 Academic Year:

• Beginner: September 1, 2021 - May 31, 2022
• Pre-K: September 1, 2020 - August 31, 2021
• Kindergarten: September 1, 2019 - August 31, 2020

Prerequisite completion of Pre-K is necessary for Kindergarten admission, and completion of Kindergarten is required for first grade admission.

Please note that Pre-K is our largest Early Childhood entry point. 

• Submit $25 application fee 
• Complete student profile (includes household information and short-answer Parent Statement form)
• Register for Group Observation
• Request current school/program forms (includes Teacher Evaluation and School Records)
• Optional: submit separate Tuition Assistance application

*The Episcopal School of Dallas does not issue I-20s or Visas.

Please schedule directly with CATS by visiting www.catstexas.com. Requires a $325 test fee; aid is available for qualified families via CATS. We encourage taking the CATS test as soon as possible. Scheduling questions should be directed to CATS at 469-484-2994 or email.
